## Solution $1$

Initially, total age $=46×16$

After inclusion of $2$ women's age, total age $=48×18$

Sum of the $2$ women's age $=48×18-46×16=128$

Average of $2$ women's age $=\dfrac{128}{2}=64$

## Solution 2

Using this formula, we get sum of the 2 women's age as $2×16+2(46+2)$ and therefore required average is $16+46+2=64$
