$10$ litre solution contains $\left(17\%-15\dfrac{1}{9}\%\right)\%=1\dfrac{8}{9}\%=\dfrac{17}{9}\%$ spirit

Therefore $(10×9)=90$ litre solution contains $17\%$ spirit

Therefore capacity of the tub $=90$ liter
