From the given two percentages,
$3\%$ of the maximum mark $=6$
$\Rightarrow 24$ marks $=12\%$ of the maximum mark

Required pass percentage
$=39\%+12\%=51\%$

Ans: $51\%$

$3\%$ of the maximum mark $=6$
$\Rightarrow$ maximum mark $=200$

$30$ marks $=\dfrac{30}{200}×100=15\%$ of the maximum mark.

Therefore, required pass percentage
$=36\%+15\%=51\%$
